NEW SC MOPED LAW REQUIREMENTS (SIMPLIFIED!)

Registration:

  - You must register your Moped

               - It's only $10 for 2-years

  - No Insurance Required

 - It's a good thing

               - it has already stopped 95% of Moped thefts

 

License:
- If you have a driver’s license,

           you don’t need a  Moped License
- No Driver’s License,

          (Suspended, Revoked, DUI’s, etc.)

                            NO PROBLEM!!
- Just get a Moped License:  

- Take the writen test

                            ( Really easy questions) 
- NO ROAD TEST REQUIRED
